I have an Android and can’t find The Frst App!

• Solved: Please click HERE on your mobile device.

I Press “OK” but it’s not working! / stuck on “How to Use”:

• Most often, this means The Frst App is still loading. Depending on the phones age, wifi connection, and operating system, wait times can vary. On an Iphone 11 running 13.3.1, it takes about 1-3 seconds to load.

• If you feel it should have loaded by now, please ensure you’re using the tip of your finger and not fingernails, side of the finger, or entire finger. We know this sounds obvious, but it is a “sensitive button.” (Yes, that’s what she said.)

• If you feel you are properly pressing the “OK” button after waiting patiently, then please try a very subtle, gentle, and minimal swipe left, while still pressing the “OK” button.

• If none of the above works, please try fully closing the app, updating your phones operating system, and then running through the steps above again, one at a time.

There is no sound when a video plays.

• Please physically flip the switch that controls silent/vibrate mode off your phone (on its left or ride side, depending on model). I know your Spotify, Apple, W/E Apps all work while your phone is in silent mode, but The Frst App does not - Our App is designed not to control your phones settings, “cause that’s not cool bro.”

• If that doesn’t work, please disconnect your bluetooth devices, (especially Airpods) and restart.

*BONUS HACK FOR READING TO THE END - After Viewing a video, face the phones camera away from the logo, then simply refocus the phones camera on THE FRST LOGO TO ENJOY A NEW BLOOPER SCENE. : )
